Starting the Sleep Challenge...

I know I do not get enough sleep!!! I am hoping with this challenge I can get into a good routine before school starts so I don't have a rude awakening on the first day!! A normal night for me is to go to bed 11:30 - 12:00 and to wake up at 6:30. I also usually wake up at least once during the night if not more. I either have to pee or one of the kids or dogs wakes me up. I often have trouble falling back asleep. I often find myself napping during the day. I don't always mean to but some days I just can't keep my eyes open!!
Last night was Day (night?) 1 of the challenge. I made it to bed by 11:00 and woke up around 6:00. I had my alarm set for 6:30. Grrrrrrr. I guess the 7 hours is supposed to be enough, but I still feel sleepy.
Just a side note, the only caffeine I have is my coffee first thing in the morning. I am also trying to not eat after dinner to see if that makes a difference. Oh and when school starts, I need to get up around 5:30 so I can get back into my routine of working out and showering then getting kids up for school, so I need to find a way to get to bed earlier!!!
