Just getting into my 4th month of Spark People I am looking forward to my next Milestone. I am finally approaching my 50 pound weight loss mark, that will be so wonderful. It would be great to have the same loss in the next three months….but who knows! In three months I have lost 42.1 pounds which is 14.64% of my body weight.
I am still exercising every day, this makes a huge difference in how I feel, not only physically but mentally as well. Eating healthy, home cooked meals has also made a huge impact on me in so many ways!
Finally, I am noticing and so are other people that I am looking better and different. It’s amazing how much weight you have to lose for the difference to really show. I am so excited about my continuing progress and the changes that will come.
I am wearing some clothes that have been packed away for quite a while and that feels so good. Feeling comfortable in my clothes and more confident already!
I can't join a Gym beacuase I care for my disabled hubby. I workout in our RV eveyday - in about a 3x7 area. Turns out I had enough room all along and never knew it before!! Work with the space you have - a lot can be done in tiny spaces.
If your having a hard time getting your program started think about what has happened for me in such a short amount of time. You can do this too! Yes, I hit a 3 week plateau, in 3 weeks – I didn’t lose an ounce. I kept at it and proved if you don’t give up the reward will follow. You are so Worth this process. So many of the complaints you have will disappear as you progress too. PUSH through the laziness, the cravings, the distractions and send those needless excuses packing!!!
