Superfoods?!

I have been reading up on superfoods and wanted to make a list of ones to watch for:

Not yet tried:
quinoa
kale
chia seeds


Eat more of:
apples
cranberries
oranges
broccoli
spinach
tomato
salmon
trout
lentils
oatmeal
carrots
beets


I already probably eat too many:
nuts
nut butters

    I like your list! Getting ready to go to the Farmer's Market; I read about the grain amaranth as being the most nutritious, will see if I find it today and give it a try. Saw the chia seeds on my last run but haven't tried them yet. I've had kale and it's ok but you have to add lots of garlic and or onions for flavor. Tilapia is yummy too, working my up way to "like" salmon and beets. emoticon
