Much Needed Update!

Wow! This year has gone by fast so far! I can't believe it is August tomorrow! Where did the time go?

Just wanted to give a little update about how I've been doing. So since I got my iPhone, I downloaded the Sparkpeople app and input my calories and fitness on there. Unfortunately looking and update Sparkpages isn't a part of the app, so I never get on. I am trying to actually get on the computer now to check stuff out again.

BUT, I have been doing pretty good. I'm down 35 lbs now and feel awesome! I have been working out in a group with a trainer two days a week, which is so much fun. I started that in March and met some awesome people whom I've become good friends with. We meet each other at the gym almost every day for classes or just to work out. I am so thankful that I joined that first group training. I workout 6 days a week and have so much fun! My eating has been good too! This is the longest I've stayed on routine ever! I truly feel like am making different lifestyle changes and learning a lot along the way.

My ultimate goal is 150 lbs. I am going to try really hard and push myself and see if I can make it by my Birthday...October 25th! I will be going home to visit family around then too, so it would be awesome to surprise all of them!

Sorry this was such a quick update...but I am going to make an effort to get on here and be more social!
