I had a really bad binge last night...some people drink when they are depressed, I eat. But I took care of it...I haven't been sleeping so I hit the bike for 40 mins, then when the sun came up I walked to the gym and hit the elliptical for 83 mins, and then I had a bright idea...the other day I was watching GI Jane on the elliptical..and it wasn't so much that I wanted her body, I don't...it was more that I wanted the characters discipline and motivation...so after I was done at the gym I went for a 46 min walk and went and bought a scrapbook and some glue....I have some fitness magazines and today I am going to make my "anti binge book." Will let you know how it works out.

PS...why can't I get my ass in gear like then when I am eating properly?!

PSS...I did go swimming at Talisman on Friday night...90 minutes before close it is only $5

ya, kind of like a vision board, but I got a smaller notebook that I can throw in my bag and keep with me

I think it is also a great idea - I had a food binge the other day, myself. It happens - drink lots of water, and forget about it. It was one day, and you have handled it. Best of luck with the book!

The book sounds like a great idea. I don't binge when I'm sad or depressed, I binge when I'm angry. Lately, since my go-to food is chocolate and being pregnant & eating chocolate causes heartburn, I don't get to binge. Not very satisfying.. maybe I should create a calming anti-binge book of my own.

The anti-binge book is an awesome idea! I am picturing it like the Spark vision board, but more specific. Am I right?
