Feeling good about it

Nothing long boring or to complicated. I simply feel really good. Three days of eating healthy. I decided before I run back to the gym and start heavy training, that I needed to make small changes that can truly stick, like walking.

I feel good because last night, my kids asked to go with me for my walk. We have 4 dogs, and took Angel. She has to walk alone. Angel is our white lab and if you have ever seen Marley and me....well lets just say the simularities of how well behaved she walks on a leash is scary. I am proud to say thanks to my kids for motivating me to walk more...and Angel for giving me an upper body workout at the same time...I feel good today.

I woke up, showered, and made my lunch. High fiber and protien lo carb and calorie Tuna wraps...then made some for the wife and kids...

I just feel good today..........ahhhhh

    Funny how so little good can go such a long way. When your motivation wanes, recall the good feeling of now, and it'll help you to get up and get going again. :-)

    Isn't it amazing how great exercise can make us feel and just knowing that we're eating healthy can boost the mood! These are both things I'm STILL working on. Good job to you!
