Bad habits are hard to break

Ok, so I did it again. I fell off the tracking wagon, and fell off the exercise wagon. It's been less than a week, though, and I'm hopping back on. Never give up, right?
I don't have any words of wisdom, but I do have insights. When I get depressed or anxious, I reach for the sugar foods. I go to restaurants to comfort myself. I sleep instead of exercise to try to relax myself. However, I'm trying other things as well. I've reached out to friends who understand, I've continued to go to AA meetings where I learn so much about how to cope with life, I pray a lot , and I'm quickly coming back to center.
So here I am, giving it another shot. If nothing else, than to feel better about myself. Thanks for listening.
