Week 19

Its another week and despite everything that's been going on here, I was able to get in 3 days of working out last week! Also thanks to SparkPeople, I found out the day after my last blog what might have been the reason why I've been so burnt out lately after receiving an email with an article about how not taking your vitamins, especially iron, can cause you to feel tired especially during your workouts. I realized the last few weeks I've been forgetful so I've been on top of it ever since and I'm already feeling better. With the extra energy I've been feeling, I was even able to finally move up to a 20lb kettlebell from a 15lb kettlebell this morning! It defiantly was a challenge but it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. My weigh-in/tape this morning was good as well. I was only 2oz away from losing a whole lb and I lost a 1/2in off my waist!
