Hi DD Team Leader! What an inspiring blog! I'm starting the DD next week (November 26th), and I want to stick to it faithfully. My inspiration is watching a half dozen people at work drop weight with it in the last six months (all ages, sizes, doctors, PTs, OTs, all health care folks). Got
the book, read it cover to cover, not have to get me a non-stick fry pan and a set of scales (daily weigh ins -yucky).
I did lose 25lb on WW over the last 18 months, that was fun for a while, then I left in September and decided to try OA meeting - they suit me much better. I just need a food plan and i think Dukan might be a good fit for me.
I am SO impressed with your 100 lbs loss, congratulations!
