FRENCH FRIED ZUCCHINI

3 sm. zucchini
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. milk
Season all

Wash, pare and cut zucchini in lengthwise strips or as for French fried potatoes. Dip in milk, roll in flour that has season all in it to taste. Fry in deep fat, 375 degrees, until golden brown (about 5 minutes). Drain on paper towel. Serve hot.

    Sounds yummy but I don't fry any more.
    I think I'm going to shread mine add the seasoning, egg, flour, and milk then put it in a muffin, tin bake it, and see how that works.

    It is wonderful .....I put a little egg in with my milk though. I just picked my first one the other day and made chocolate zucchini cake and it was delish. My husband picked one yesterday and requested I make zucchini bread. So I guess I will try to squeeze that in today while he is at work. Have a great day!!!
