Well, things have gone better today. Thank you for the support.

Went to my trainer, and had a pretty good session. I wasnt pushed as much as normal, but he didnt want to go too rough considering he has me running 9 miles in the morning and wanted me to also do 3 miles today. But, I still felt like I got an AWESOME strength training workout, and thats all that matters!

Then, I headed to Disneyland to meet up with a friend and her kiddo. We walked a TON and only did 3 rides, but that was perfect. We all have annual passes, so going in for just a few hours works great. We stopped and they got chocolate..NONE FOR ME THANKS!!!!! And headed for the car. I didnt have lunch while I was there although we were there over lunch time, but honestly I wasnt that hungry until I started walking to the car. I brought a protein bar for this reason and had a few bites but wasnt that satisfied with it, so I wanted until I got home, and made a SMOOTHIE. Perfect on a warm day!

Did my thing for awhile, and then met a friend at BJs for dinner. Okay, I had ONE beer (the LIGHTEST one they had) and then I did one of their lighter calorie meals. I did half of the chicken pesto flatbread pizza (amazingly delish) and the garden salad, dressing on the side. And then..split a pizookie (DANGER!) but I did not even eat half, and it was all still in my calorie range! YESS!

After dinner, I wanted to do something. So I walked around a few stores, nothing struck me. Then I thought about going home, but knew I was also in that danger 'i just blew it so who cares' mode so I stayed away. Then I talked myself OUT of going for yogurt and other things (see what a mess I am?!) and instead...I DROVE TO THE GYM! Yep. After walking for 2-3 hours at disney and a 45 min training session, I got on the treadmill. And you know what? I ran 3 miles (active recovery since doing long run tomorrow) and burned 366 calories...yay!

Just got home a bit ago and am tired..and SUNBURNED. Definitely need to slather up tomorrow before heading out! Alright, time to watch a movie and pass OUT!

    I hope your 9 miles went well yesterday. Sounds like your legs are do for a rest - maybe today was the day for that.
