Running, travelling, eating

Friday, July 22, 2011

I got up early today, and made my run in the morning, as I was travelling the afternoon and evening, and I knew I won't have time in the evening.

It was quite challenging to run, after running 10K in the evening, another 10 in the morning. In the end, I did 13K, to get back on time to work! :-)
And I felt the whole day this good tiredness.
Now, in the evning, somehow I feel to run again, I think my body got used to have this exercise at the end of the day.

Unfortunately, I didn't track my food during the day, only the evening, and I went over my budget a lot. All these little things, snacks add up.

Especially, I ate a strudel with poppy seeds (local bakery product popular in Austria and Hungary), which seems to have 600 kcal in a piece. If I new that, I wouldn't have eaten it. I think lots of sugar, and the oil from the poppy seeds make it very calorie heavy.

I am still hungry!

I bet you needed the calories with all the running you do. Thanks for sharing another lovely picture.

Way to go on the workout. Sometimes going over happens but not like you make a habit of it. Beautiful picture! Keep on running!

With all the running you've been doing, you deserved that Mohnstrudel. I would love to have some right now. No running outside here. With almost 50 Grad im Schatten, there's no way. Have a great weekend!
