    Yeah I used the butter just for the frying of it and use the olive oil for the mixture. Yeah it's really good but I think I like the revolution rolls more. It's just super filling and I like a filling breakfast. I used the egg beaters instead of the real eggs because I was afraid of the calories and just wanted something fat free so I bought all these fat free things so I could see how my body would react to Phase III.

    Thanks! So the butter is for frying only? Not mixed in? Seems easy. You made them sound SO good! Do you use Egg Beaters? I like them. But my doc says "what is that exactly?" Meaning what kind of fake stuff am I eating. She says use the real thing. *shrug*

    Pancake recipe: (the first day I used real eggs but then today I made it with egg substitutes - I prefer the egg substitute and I didn't have to add water). Also completely up to you to decide what kind of whey powder you use, I used strawberry flavored and I used nonfat butter although I think you're suppose to use full fat.

    Recipe which I got from Betsy and I just improvised with what I had in my refrigerator:

    2 tblsp protein powder (whatever your favorite is)
    1/2 cup egg substitute (you can use two whole eggs)
    1/2 tbs of extra virgin olive oil (you can use whatever oil you want)
    stevia to taste (I used two packets)
    1 oz of cream cheese
    1/2 tbs of butter (I used promise nonfat)

    Mix all ingrediets. I fry them in melted butter (I use nonfat but you can use whatever butter) and when just brownish I take em off and hit em with the cream cheese while they are still hot. So good!

    For a strawberry compote, I'd just take frozen strawberries, cook em down over a slowish temp, add in some stevia to sweeten a bit, then drizzle over the crepes stuffed with cream cheese. Basically it is just a warm strawberry jam like topping.

    You rock! I'm so jealous of your weight. I wish I'd make it that low. can you share your recipes that you make? For example you made pancakes in this blog? would you post a link to the recipe in the comments? and tomorrow would you post the link for the revolution rolls? I see so many variations of that I'm not sure what to try! But I can gather them up as you review them.

    How do you decide how many grams of carbs and fat to have? I'm new to this whole nutrition thing at that scale. I can count calories. But knowing the other things - not so much.

    I can totally give up apples in phase 3. Those things are the death of any diet I'm on anyways! lol

    Have a great workout. Hey one pound is probably water weight. Since your no longer under the influence of the hHCG you body will hold more fluid. I just drank more tea and water.
    Feeling full again is hard, kind of like Loading again. Your doing great.
    They say you should only eat when your hungry but your probably like me you never really get hungry just need food for fuel. You are going to do fine in the phase just pay attention to the carbs.
    I had to give up apples for this phase as they are so high in carbs.
    Looking forward to seeing how you like the revolution rolls, I loved them in so much that I put some in the freezer so I would not eat any more for a while.
