    Wow Wow!!! Congrats Girl, You have done so well, so very proud of you, you got it figured out.
    Just remember to up your protien intake in phase 3, that is so important.
    You will do well in maintnance.
    I have kept my weight loss off now for over 10 mos, and I feel better then ever, and I eat normal and can keep the weight off.

    I started a round of Rx HCG,doing the injections, love the injections as I olny have to do one injection a day and it is painless.
    I'm not hungry and can easly do the VLC and stay on protocol,I'm loosing well too. I have 41 more pound's to get to my goal weight.

    Again Congrats..You rock Girl..

    What type of whey protein are you using for the pancakes? If you come across any other recipes.

    The HCG diet is not a healthy way to lose weight because the calories they allow you are far too low. Most people that do the HCG diet, or any other very low calorie crash diet eating plan, are not able to maintain their loss because our bodies just don't work that way. Too little calories in = your metabolism slows down, and your body holds onto every bit of fat it can.

    Hi Lisa,
    My computer crapped while writing to you a first message.. I don't even know if I hit the post button before it closed itself. Good to hear your still lossing weight, don't over exercise.. I find the body gets used to doing large amounts of exercise, try not to max out daily or you have to keep pushing harder and harder..
    When eating so few calories your energy level drop may annoy you more.. Perhaps add more calories sooner if the problem persists..
