I mentioned that my fat percentages have decreased and how I measure that in a past blog. Since then FunkyChicken and I have been chatting about the best devices to measure fat and their accuracy. I went to do some research on the handheld fat monitor. I always read the reviews on amazon when I'm shopping now. Here's a review I found today.

So my question after reading his ( special adjective in mind) review what was your take? As for the athlete or normal. I work out every day and I do mine as normal. My personal trainer would want to do hers at athlete.
He kinda bugged me actually. LOL
But I guess that is because I love mine. And there were other more serious reviews.
