I am going to be much more serious. What happened to me in Scotland? I walked a lot; I tried to eat in a healthy way. There were many hills and stair cases (not too many lifts in most hotels or b & b's).
I could have done the following:
over-exerted too much
consumed too much sodium (cullen skink?)
My plan now is to get the medical go-ahead to return to mild/moderate exercise. And most of all, to chronicle my eating.

For tomorrow: reduce fat; add Potassium

Today (it's about 9:30 PM) has been fairly typical but I've clearly consumed more fat than I should and fewer carbohydrates. I did go out to the supermarket and purchased a lot of low sodium goods. I should be prepared tomorrow.
Another key goal: stop mindless late at night eating. I am great at controlling my diet until about 10 or 11 PM when I get senseless cravings!
SO; my pledge: if the craving is intense, celery and cucumber await me.
