Having a little gastro problem. Too weak to work out. At least I'm not eating much and I am drinking the water! I want to start my day one over as I have only done my program halfheartedly. Time pressures keep me from doing as much as I'd like. But just having raised awareness helps with portion control and increasing daily activity.
