DIY Challenge Instructions 7/15-7/17: Assignment 5
As of 7/14, how many workouts have you completed?
~*~ I'll just go with how many days since a few days had multiple workouts... Off the top of my head, I'd say 11 days completed.
What have you noticed about your mood/stress levels/sleep quality on days you worked out?
~*~Well, sleep quality sucks lately, but that's from emotional overload. But emotional overload is being helped by the working out, reference previous blog from today. So I guess working out is what I need to be doing more of! Whoo!
Be honest with yourself, how hard are you pushing yourself in your workouts?
~*~I could be pushing harder. Not going to lie. But no worries, I'm on it.
Be honest with yourself, what unhealthy eating habits are you finding too hard to handle right now?
~*~Actually eating my fruits and vegetables... I'm having a ROUGH time with this one.
Be honest with yourself, to have a successful diet/exercise weekend, what three excuses much you banish?
~*~I'm too sad right now.
~*~After I finish this... whatever it is.
~*~I have five billion other things I need to be doing.
What do you HOPE to do this weekend, exercise-wise?
~*~Do an ST workout today and a little bit of cardio
~*~6 mile run tomorrow
~*~ST tomorrow night
What WILL you accomplish this weekend?
~*~I WILL track everything
~*~I WILL make inroad into cleaning up this joint
~*~I WILL pack for a week in LA in only two carry-ons... Ok, this one I might be dreaming on, but I'm going to try!!!
BONUS: FIGURE OUT A SMALL DAILY/WEEKLY/MONTHLY RITUAL TO STRENGTHEN YOUR SELF-ESTEEM!
~*~I've already figured it out... I just don't DO it. Everyday I must wake up, go pee and all that, then look in the mirror and compliment myself. It doesn't have to be physical, but I need to look at myself and say it. Although it can be physical. Whatever. You get my point. So here's one extra step to this. I have to post in my status what that compliment was until it becomes a habit.
