I have worked out everyday since April 23rd 2011 and that in itself is Motivation! It keeps me on track in every part of my program. No matter what your level of fitness is do something every day and challenge yourself as you progress. Make it fun for you and change it up so your body is not going to get use to what your doing.
Also Modify your exercise as you need to so you don't hit a wall with a bad injury. If a part of your body needs a break because you hurt it then work around your injury! Many people do chair exercise too so never give up and throw all your excuses out the window.
No matter what you can make time for at least 10 minutes a day....but most can do so much more. Push yourself to Excellence in every aspect of your program and the pounds will melt away. Your so worth it!!!
