2.21.07 Still blowing it

Today I woke up feeling about a 7. Took a bit to walk out the stiffnessI still have the usual aches and pains. but no kidney shots, Thank the Lord. My knee and hip hurt a little more thn usual. After feeding all the animal and mucking stalls and taking my daily dose of vicodin I feel I can do my exercises now. Noot really hungry so I will forego breakfast for the moment. I know I shouldn't but I like to exercise on an empty stomach.
I did good mel wise untill the eveningThen lost it again. The only saving grace was no real junk food in the house so I overate fruit whoe grain bread 1 slice some crackers, nuts and 4 hershey kisses. I have tied my overeating to frustration I think. I'm working on a project and runnibg into roadblocks,and it/s upsetting. Anyway, today is a new day and I will lick this problem. The other thing I'm having problems with is keeping up on my nutrition tracker, I really like using it but i feel as tough I'm sspending too much time on the computer amd not getting enough done in other areas. I nee to work on my time management.
