Cruise Phase

I started the Attack Phase 10 days ago, at 248 pounds and now I am 239.5. I'm down 8.5 pounds and I am very happy. I'm a little nervous about moving into the next phase because I love loosing, but I think that rapid of weightloss can only last so long and I love and miss the veggies. So tonight's dinner is going to be a yummy chicken and Green salad. Yay!

    I'm in my third week of Dukan. I did just four days Attack. I'm down 12 pounds this morning. I find 2 pounds a week to be just right, otherwise, I get weak and light headed. I LOVE this diet. As long as I can have my galette (pancake) and non-fat yogurt, I am happy and don't find it a struggle. The 1/1 cruise phase is great. Just when I think I can't face another Pure Protein Day, I don't have to! Vegies never tasted so good. I'm glad you all are here doing this too. It's encouraging. emoticon

    Today is day 2 for me. I liked reading your blogs. I am from Maryland where they have great crab cakes. I'm happy that you posted the link to the recipe on your other blog. I'm actually going to get some crab meat now, so I can make some this week!

    Thank you both, I can handle 2-3 pounds a week. As long as the scale keeps moving down I'll be happy. I'll keep posting. :)

    On the cruise phase I was loosing about 2-3 lbs a vweek.
    I have now reached a plateau and have not lost in 2 weeks. I am going to do a few days of protein only to get going again.

    Don't get discouraged if the weight loss slows down. I lost 11 pounds in the attack phase (I did 9 days). When I started Cruise phase, it slowed down to about 2-3 pounds a week lost, with the exception of last week and this week where I have lost 4 pounds a week. It is soooo nice to eat vegetables again. =) Good luck!
