So I have been doing pretty well this week....eating lightly, shooting for healthy, but enjoying those things I cannot avoid too. I was thinking about how well I have done this week and weighed in....I'm finally down the 6 pounds I gained on the cruise. I'm sure most of it was water weight, but it feels good for it to be GONE!

According to my food log, here are my average stats for the past 4 days Mon-Thurs
Calories 1400
fat 37g
carbs 189g
protein 67g
sodium 22oomg
fiber 21g

I met most of my goals (according to sparkpeople ranges) or I was just a tad low. I find it much easier to do well during the week! The weekends are always so drastic! AHHHH! I have a 50th birthday party and a graduation party for some friends so there will be many alcohol calories and eating out type foods. I'll try to estimate the calories, but I'm not sure I will log it though.....I need to find a balance.....no mroe than 1800 calories Friday, Saturday, or Sunday!
