I started working out again this past Sunday. Sunday was a light day. I did 2 of my Hip Hop Abs videos at home. But on Monday, I made it back to the YMCA and Oh, my body hates me right now. I did 30 mins on the elliptical (my fav) and 30 mins on weights. My body was screaming, and I was sooo sore the next morning that I couldn't work out Tuesday. Today, I kept it kinda simple and walked for an hour at our local greenway. The last 30 mins were horrible. My back and pelvic bones hurt so badly. I thought I was going to have to call someone to come and get me off that trail! A close friend of mine says I am doing too much too soon because the baby is only 4 weeks old. I feel like I need to be doing something, anything physically related. I have the urge to move, and I want to take advantage of it while I can. I pray I can stay motivated on this journey because I get bored to fast when it comes to physical fitness.
