Leaving the weight issue.

Yesterday I came to a realization and it came from my weekly weigh in. I gained a little bit of weight, but went down in size. I have always understood that this happens as you develop muscle and lose fat. Now my goals is to get to a certain size in clothes and not mind the scale numbers. I have a pair of jeans in the size I wish to be and once they fit comfortably, then I will start maintaining no matter what my weight is. That change in my thinking actually took a lot of pressure off myself.
