emoticonBUT! I am also very proud to report that I... ran 12 miles!


emoticonSo I am forgiving myself and moving forward TODAY because... I have a whole new incentive to keep on trucking and making it happen


emoticonMy biggest motivation for this week is... I want to lose some inches and see some freaking results

1. Go back to your DIY Challenge Entry Card and the entries of two other people
2. Motivate someone every time you log in
3. Make this week about maintaining a pace, instead of balls to the wall
4. You can only eat one craptastic thing per day. So make a decision
5. Get your heart rate up for a minimum of 15 minutes each day
