Trying to get back on track...

Life has just been really stressful lately & I feel like I've been mindlessly eating and also stress eating. Just a general lack of caring for my health or body. Eating more fast food again, not bothering to count calories, etc. I feel like when we're finally done with moving, then things will be okay. We've also been broke lately and that's not helping. Since I don't have food I really like in the house, because we are on a tight budget, I've just been pigging out on what we have because nothing really satisfies me because it's not what I want. Like during a normal month, I can actually get more fruits and veggies & healthy snacking items in the house. Not this month. And I'm trying to turn it around today. Getting back to tracking my calories. I just can't wait til our stressful situation is over & we are all moved in to the new apartment. We're planning on trying to get most of our stuff in by Sunday, July 24th. So here's hoping...
