CALLING ALL SPARK PEOPLE

Sunday, July 10, 2011

I know that I need to lose 50 pounds. I won't kid myself, the reason is that I want to look good.

I know that I can NOT do this myself. It is too easy to cheat. Lets face It who is going to know. Not my family. They don't even know that I am trying .

I know that I was slim most of my life

I know how I gained the weight but I DON'T know how to get rid of it.

I know that I need the help of my spark friends. I spend too much time by my self. Someone that I will talk to,be accountable, touch base with every day. I can lie to myself but I can not lie to someone else.

Is there anyone that will help me and I can help them.

I know that I need a spark buddy.

Iknow that Spark people will not let my down.

Losing is easy. Maintenance is tougher. Try 3 week on and 3 weeks maintain. Look at all your foods and cut the sugar. Next cut the bread, increase the protein. Focus on what you can eat not what you can't.

emoticon Me too on weight loss needs. Right now I am working on 30. I lost some when I read the Spark book and followed it faithfully. Do you have the book? If not borrow it from your locak library or ask them to get it for you. It is also out in paperback now.

Hey I'm jumping on board myself. This Tuesday I recommitted my self to the same 45lb i need to lose. For some reason I feel stronger this time, more ready. It seems to me that you are feeling the same way. I am also joining the BLC 17 challenge in Sept to help me stay motivated and accountable. Have you considered joining some team challenges where you have to weigh in each week?
I am here for you, just let me know what I can do to help, we can help each other. 25 weeks at 2lbs a week would get you to your goal. Does it sound like a long time? Well you can spend the next 25 weeks losing weight or you can spend it not losing. Either way the same 25 weeks will still pass and be gone regardless.
So lets GO! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
