A Day never goes by hat I don't learn something more about myself. I have learned so much about me since starting my journey April 23rd, 2011. I have pushed myself through the days of old and moved into a much better me.
I had let myself go, you know what I mean. Not just my body but me. Most of us here have experienced this very thing and it is not a pretty sight. Granted we all have different reasons how and why we did this. Some reasons are very valid others....not so much. What really matters is that today is a new day with new beginnings waiting for us to discover them. Recreate yourself as I am working on every day within myself.
This journey is not only trimming my waisteline, lifting my butt, and strengthening my other muscles but also bringing a youthfl joy back to my spirit and my soul. This is something I can hardly describe.... I am not too old, too fat, or too far gone! You aren't either :)
I Pray you all find the determination within yourselves to get your journey started and motivated to keep you going. You will move past the old you and step into a new you that is so much better than you can imagine. Your worth it My Friends. This journey is worth it in every way. Spark People is here for you to help you more than you realize. Join some groups, get involved in new challenges, track your fitness and food. educate yourself and find new friends to cheer you on.
