EPC Day 14

A little be better day by day-
Nutrition- Tracked calories and drank my water. Went a little over my calories. Its ok and I will do better tomorrow.
Fitness- I did a little better today- I completed the cardio portion (30 minutes) of my Tracy Anderson DvD- I still might do the strength training portion tonight.
Motivation- I read an article that Lauren sent me that she wrote on eating- It was really good- and the reason why I am not crashing hard for going over my calories today.
Positive- I signed up for the Chalene push challenge today! :)
Thankful- I am so thankful for hugs... my son just came over to me while I am typing this and said, Mommy- I need hugs... Awwwww! What a snuggle bug! :)
