I just have a few minutes this morning, but I want to honor my commitment to myself (a big part of my plan includes utilizing SparkPeople on a daily basis!).
I did "good" for the day while I was at work. I was really tired when I got home and unfortunately, wasn't very productive. I ate more than I had planned, but much less than I normally would have. So, I see that as a positive. I am trying to not be too hard on myself, since after a long drive and going out of town for a few days, I have to accept that I am easily tired. I know that this is mainly due to my being out of shape. I went to bed at a decent time and got a good night's rest. I got up this morning and actually ran an errand before getting ready for work. I see that as a positive as well! (working on my procrastination problem) Now, I'm off to track my food, spin the wheel and get working at work!
