Forward 2 Steps Back At least 1

Been at this battle of the bulge too long. Yet it is too too easy to get frustrated. I just can't seem to be consistent. I know what I have to do. To me it's a simple eat properly using portion control with no mindless eating; stay away from seconds and make proper choices when eating out especially at fast food restaurants. I also do need to get that water in and while I do like to get that movement in.

So another week to go forward I have to be like the engine that could I think I can I know I can; I can

    Boy, do I relate to this. Keep fighting but just can't stay on track!! Frustrated with myself. But, the good news, I keep getting back on the track.

    Hi, I like your analogy of the train and remembering I think I can. Great motivation!! The mindless eating is hard for me as well...I need the consistency of exercise to make me feel confident enough to step away from the food and this reminds me that I know I can do it.
