First let me start by wishing everyone a safe and Happy 4th of July.
I have been missing a long time due to illness, surgery, etc. This year has been filled with things I never predicted or expected, but that is life.
Now that I am feeling better and more motivated, I am committing to diet, exercise, sleeping more, etc. in hopes I will remain healthy, losing weight, etc.
