A little achy but feeling good!

Yesterday I had my free hour of personal training at the gym (which actually lasted 2 1/4 hours!). She had me do various machines and cardio, based on what I had told her- not such great knees. So, no lunges but she did show me some easy squats. We concentrated on form, which is what I am lacking in some areas. Then she did my assessment- I scored better than we had expected in some things, which made my day! Flexibility was fair but I've known that since I was younger. I was always envious of people who could sit and bend their bodies down to the floor. I'll work on that to improve it as much as I can. I learned a lot and will definitely use what she taught me.
No pressure to sign up for personal training- complete opposite of the gym I went to last year!
I woke up feeling good but achy, and knowing what I need to target now.
