I'm sweating, are you?

I have been workin HARD this week, and am proud of myself for that!

I have worked out every day despite long, stressful work days and today was no exception.

Yesterday, I had my active recovery 4 miler. And today, I had to do intervals for 4.5 miles. 2 minutes of max hr then 2 minutes of recovery. annnnd repeat! Started the 4 miler with a warm up mile, then I did intervals until I hit 4.5 miles! Let me tell you, I was DRIPPING wet! And, according to the HR monitor, I burned 510 calories. Yesssss!

Tomorrow is going to be an EARLY morning work start (earlier than my usual), but the upside to that is, we should be done by 12. I have an active recovery run of 4 miles to do according to the plan..

Also, tomorrow is the last day of june, I have to GET IT DONE! I have the goal of being 145 or below and friday morning at ww is truth telling time, AND friday is also bikini reveal day!

    Atta girl!!! I am 3 days in a row of getting 4 miles in! Now the next two days I'm going to be going to my old yoga studio (i miss it, and am going through withdrawl). So jealous of you! I was at 144, and yesterday am was at 151. Grr. I gotta catch up to you!!!!

    I'm not sweating, but I'm definitely feeling good... just did a killer arm circuit. I wasn't feeling well earlier so no cardio today, but I still got myself off the couch for some ST.

    That sure is a lot of running, but I guess that is the difference with a marathon plan - more running days. Make sure to rest those legs whenever you feel the need to.
