I have been workin HARD this week, and am proud of myself for that!
I have worked out every day despite long, stressful work days and today was no exception.
Yesterday, I had my active recovery 4 miler. And today, I had to do intervals for 4.5 miles. 2 minutes of max hr then 2 minutes of recovery. annnnd repeat! Started the 4 miler with a warm up mile, then I did intervals until I hit 4.5 miles! Let me tell you, I was DRIPPING wet! And, according to the HR monitor, I burned 510 calories. Yesssss!
Tomorrow is going to be an EARLY morning work start (earlier than my usual), but the upside to that is, we should be done by 12. I have an active recovery run of 4 miles to do according to the plan..
Also, tomorrow is the last day of june, I have to GET IT DONE! I have the goal of being 145 or below and friday morning at ww is truth telling time, AND friday is also bikini reveal day!
