Day 5 of eating clean

Going strong! They had pizza for dinner and I had protein oatmeal! I got this!!! Going out to Denim and Diamonds tonight for dancing. Needed some good carbs to get me through the evening.

I'm really proud of myself. I have not had one protein bar. I just have to plan my meals. It makes a huge difference.

I've got a headcold right now. I had to tame my aerobics class down, but they were still sweating. That is a good thing.

upper body work out
couple

dance pratice
dance lesson
Figure out costumes
client

Positives:
1. Took a nap when I got home...feeling better!
2. New client at Walter's Dance Studio
3. My hair looks good tonight for dancing!! LOL
