Day 5 of eating clean

Everything is going well with the food and water. Not grumpy and have good energy until right before it's time to eat again.

Little concerned about tonight. I should need to eat again around 8:45, but I will be at Denims dancing. I really don't want my energy to drop then!! Not sure what the game plan is for that!

Positives:
1. Got my hair done...way blonde!
2. going out with the husband tonight
3. BPU of KC might pick us for their "charity" for their gold tourney!!

    Do you know about the magazine "Clean Eating". I love it and it has tons of wonderful recipes. I have been "eating clean" for about 4 months and I have never felt better. (Also became vegetarian, not intention, just happened). I have not lost any weight, but, my energy level is through the roof and I am much more positive. Also, amazing vegan cookbook "Skinny Bitch Ultimate Cookbook". Don't be turned off by the name. Clean eating can be fantastic, not just munching on carrot sticks. Good luck with your journey.
