Let me begin by saying I really didn't want to even track or post todays food journal. But as Jackie says in her current challenge - "confession is good for the soul." I hope she's right, because today is not pretty and I am fairly embarassed by what I ate today. But I am going to post it anyways. Maybe this will teach me a lesson and I can learn from this. I am going to shut my eyes now.

    It's ok we all do that occasionally, TOPS and even Primal state that the 80/20 rulle applies. especially since I had computer problems and it cost me 4 ice cream bars :( but at least the were low carb bars.

    ok doughnut and dew and chips should of been left out. shame on you . you should of choose only one if you need it really. breakfast could of used more good for you foods that kept you full.

    lunch - you should of had veggies and fruit and some protein . with the 1 slice of that pizza was good job .
    if you ask me, todays meals are what made you go wacky quacky
    there was not much fulling foods to keep you from that temptation.

    DINNER you better choose a good one or JACKIES right i will be knocking on your house door.
