The Unbreakable Barrier

150, I've never gotten past it. The lowest I've ever been has been 153, and I've been stuck there for the past three months!

Why? Why has 150 become this wall that feels impossible to scale? Is it because that is the official 10-pounds-left-to-go mark?

I'm frustrated this morning.

    Hey girlie! The best thing that I recommend is to experiment with your calorie intake a bit. When I was eating much less (1400 or so), I wasn't losing an inch/pound. It wasn't until I started eating around 1800/day that I actually lost.

    It seemed counter-intuitive to me, but it does make sense that your body needs more fuel to build muscle/do healthy things for your body and let go of the excess weight.

    Also, maybe try changing up your workouts? If you've been running, walk up some hills. If you've been walking, try bike riding or rollerblading. You may end up finding something you actually love doing more than what you currently are.

    Also, try your best to stay positive. If you keep putting the effort in, you WILL get there!
