So_for the last 4 days I have eaten correctly, and have begun exercising again. So - how do I keep up the motivation? How can I keep up the momentum?? I feel really good about myself but I know how easy it is to slip back into the habits that got me here! So I am looking for ideas. I need to immerse myself in information....so here goes nothing!
