Sunday morning I rushed off to church so I only had 8oz of juice for breakfast. Sunday afternoon, I cooked baked ribs, cushaw, baked beans, potato salad and dirty rice. Of course I ate a small portion of meat, cushaw, baked beans and potato salad, and felt so full and sick afterwards. I didn't cook any green vegetables cause I had eaten them all week including saturday. I also drank water with lemon instead of soda. I only at lunch because by dinner I was still full. It seems that since I've been eating healthier , when I venture off to my old foods I feel uncomfortable, like my body just don't want to digest the foods. No I didn't have any dessert, I didn't cook anything sweet.
Overall I guess change is good. I don't regret eating healthier. Maybe my meal was too carb packed no that I look at it. Whatever the reason, i just don't think its worth it to go through that agony again. Today, Monday, I don't have any left overs packed full lunch. I brought fruits, vegetables, wheat bread, cheese slice, slice of turkey breast and water.
