The Road to Wichita Dance Comp.

I have exactly 3 weeks until we dance in Wichita, Ks. I weighed in at 138 this morning. I'm pleased in the way I look, but I would like to drop to 134 by the time we dance. It doesn't sound like much, but it makes a big difference in how much muscle shows on my body. Body fat is at 15%. I would like to see it at 14% in 3 weeks.

Now that I have put it out there, it is time to do it. Excuses will NOT be tolerated. Clean eating, hitting cardio twice per day and strength training.

I can and will do this.

Positives:
1. great pix of the fundraiser all over facebook!!
2. Great run this morning...1 1/2 minutes faster...4 miles in 34 minutes!!
3. I'm enjoying life to the fullest!!!
