Day three, so far my main challenge is eating enough during the day. Today I packed what I thought was pretty healthy fair, a banana, yogurt, some turkey meat, cheese. But when I added it all into my tracker, it did not add up to much. I believe to succeed and do this in the healthiest way possible, my six meals a day should not be wasted on unhealthy stuff but the four rules are not meant to resrict too much otherwise. I'm not counting calories or following a program, and I think that is why this will work for me. So I've got to get my mindframe away from counting calories.
I am feeling pretty good. I did binge last night. I was feeling well all day and not even hungry, and WOW about 10pm I went into the kitchen to throw something away and BAM. There I was, eating leftovers. After a few days of eating light, I felt sick after that. I tried to focus on how I felt and tell myself, when you're eating right and taking care of yourself, this is what you do NOT miss!
Looks like I gained a pound today. I'm not weighing myself again until the week is up, which means i've got to get to work and do this RIGHT so I can show a result and keep going!
