New strategy... it's not about the weight

After being ill for almost three weeks and coming down with pneumonia, I have decided to adopt a more healthy attitude towards my weight and overall well-being. I have to start listening to my body much more closely and do what makes me feel good, inside and out. If I'm tired, I will REST without guilt. If I have energy, I will put it to good use. I will eat foods that I enjoy in moderation and not eat to the point of being overstuffed.
From now on, I want to live my life as healthy as possible without taking any of the joy out of my meals. I know that following WW and SP's plan there is room for "non-diet" foods so long as your menu is balanced each day.
Once I am feeling back to normal, I will begin a gradual exercise program and build up endurance as I feel up to it. No pushing, but no slacking, just listening to my body and it's signals and respecting my limits.
