Summer Slimdown Week 1

Well overall I think this week has been good. I started tracking all my food and exercise again and exercised pretty hard this week until just a couple days ago. My house has been hit by a sickly bug! I found myself too weak to do anything the last couple of days so today I am trying to play catch up. Although I have not weighed myself yet I feel pretty confident that I have lost at least 1-2 pounds. I hope that this next week will be better. It can't really get any worse than getting little to no sleep, having kids running fevers and everyone with sore throats and aches, lol. I can't wait to share my progress with you!

    Oh no! Get better soon. drink lots & lots of fluids so you don't get dehydrated.
