New goals and first blog

My best friend (determinedsara) and I set weekly goals, and as per her suggestion, I'm starting a blog. Other goals for the week include:
1. Drink a gallon of water per day.
2. Do something to pamper myself or just for me each day.
3. Find recipe and prepare at least one new clean eating meal.
4. Go to gym 5 times.
I pray this gets me back on track because this last month has sucked. I tore 3 tendons in my ankle keeping me from going to the gym. Well, honestly I kept myself from going because I could have done upper body or at least something. Instead I lost all of the progress I was making...gained 3 pounds and ate a lot of junk.
Here's to a fresh start this week. I started today with a great breakfast, church, and a good workout at the gym. Wish me luck on the rest of the week.
