one pound - thirty times

Well, I haven't had any successes in weight loss or exercise since about November. I had some life changes... lost my job, started traveling with my husband. Every day I woke up I had less motivation. My first problem is I tend to Overthink things. I know what I need to do but besides looking at one day at a time andt counting small victories I tend to see the BIG enormous thing I need to do... and then I get defeated. So today I am choosing to start again. One day at a time. One pound at a time. I don't get a chance to get on SP as much as I would like, but I am going to make a determination to do what I can.. and not get defeated by it. I know how to do this.. I know what works.
I overtook my laziness this morning and put in Billy Blanks Cardio Inferno and burned some calories. I have felt better all day just from exercising. So here goes to a new start. A new me!
