Back on track

It's June, and I'm back on track with losing about 5 pounds a month - 2011 is turning out OK so far. After eliminating gluten from my diet, I discovered that I can't handle dairy (and eggs are iffy). I'm a bit surprised to find that, after I stopped eating foods that my system couldn't process, my body is dropping weight and returning my strength and stamina. It's been nearly 6 months and I'm starting to think I no longer need to hold my breath - the dietary changes really have made a significant difference in my health.
After hitting a plateau in May, I'm making changes - next challenge is doubling my workout time each week so I can make progress this summer. (This isn't as drastic as it might sound - I've been getting one good workout a week and I know I can do better.) My goal is to lose a total of 60 pounds by the end of the year - 21 down, 39 to go.
