MINI-CHALLENGE #2 Description:
We always hear that one of the most important things about having goals is having incentives to keep you moving forward. What are going to be your incentives to propel you to success? How are you going to break your goals down and reward certain milestones? What incentives are you going to offer yourself once each of your three push goals for the month are complete? Since scientific studies prove that the most successful people are the ones who reward the positive behaviors that lead to the positive end result (instead of the result itself), what is your game plan to reward the behavior that gets you to your result? (Example: Don’t reward yourself after you have lost five pounds, reward yourself after you have consistently stayed within your calorie ranges for two weeks).
Nutrition -I am doing the no s diet this mean no second, no sweat and no snacking, no seconds, and no sweets, the No S Diet and all day except for days that started with s The s diet already have a reward in it two day a week you off the diet and can eat what you want.
Fitness - 4 day a week of wii fit plus and 3 day of exerbeat . exerbeast is my new wii game and it is harder then wii fit plus – If I keep this up for 30 days I will be buying a new wii game don’t know what 1 yet.
Motivation - finish 30 Day Challenge with Sparkgirl32 and my spark friend My motivation for this will be a trip with my sister to the used clothing store.
Okay you seem to want interval incentive so if at the end of eat week I have I have lose weight I will buy myself a new novel and tried to get to the ice cream store to reads a little of it. Not to eat ice cream just as a little me time away from mom..

Motivation – seem very motivsated today
The head pharmacist goes out to lunch leaving the assistant pharmacist in charge.When the head pharmacist returns from lunch he notices a man leaning against the wall.He asked the assistant what was wrong with the man leaning against the wall over there.The assistant pharmacist says,"Oh that guy.Oh yeah he came in a little while ago with a really bad cough so I sold him a laxative.He seems to be doing ok now..... I guess." The head pharmacist says,"Are you crazy?? You can't sell a laxative to someone who has a bad cough like that!?" The assistant pharmacist says "Well why not?? Look at him over there! Its working! He's too scared to cough now!!.
O.K so there are two guys who's names were, Doodah and Dumb-Dumb, and they are best friends. Dumb-Dumb stutters in every sentence he says so he just sings instead of talking. One day they go fishing together and Doodah falls in the water and drowns. So Dumb-Dumb goes to Doodah's wife and says "D-D-D-o-o-o-o" so she says sing it so he says"Somebody drown in the lake today Doodah, Doodah somebody drown in the lake today oh the Doodah day"
