STEP IT UP CHALLENGE – REVENGE OF THE 3s EDITION – 1pt. per option completed.

-You can complete as many of the following options as you want.
-You can even complete each option as many times as you want.
-You don't have to do an option all at the same time. Each option can be broken up throughout the day.
-You will earn 1 point every time you complete any option. No limits!!!!

Option 1) Complete at least 33 step-ups on a short step (2-3 inches) OR 23 step-ups on a high step (4-6 inches).
Option 2) Walk or run at least 300 steps (appr. 1/8 mile). - 4 miles - 32 pts
Option 3) 30 jumping jacks (can be modified). - 150 = 5 pts
Option 4) 30 squats - 120 = 4 pts
Option 5) 30 crunches - 150 = 5 pts
Option 6) 30 pushups (can be modified). - 120 = 4 pts
Option 7) Climb 3 flights of stairs (appr. 30 steps – decent not included).
Option 8) Ride a bike (stationary or otherwise) for 3 minutes.
Option 9) Walk on a treadclimber or an elliptical for 3 minutes.
Option 10) Jump rope for 3 minutes.
Option 11) Dance for 3 minutes!
Option 12) Work it out with a fitness video or class for 3 minutes.
