30 Day Challenge, Day 2
what I am grateful for ? dinner last night with the family went very well and I really like my newphew girl friend who I finally got to sit down and talk to
something positive today ?
well I ask to be left out easrly so I can have some me time on the way home from work and still get home early tenough o spend time with ma
What are your top three priorities? What is your #1 priority (the thing you absolutely not would compromise)? What gives you pride and confidence? Assign specifics to these three priorities (for instance: to spend time actively engaging with family members).
1 keeping mom healthy and helping her live her last years on this earth healthy and hopefully seeing her 100 birthday. Okay she only 85 and there always the possibility she could die tomorrow but I really believe she will make it to 100 with the help of God. I always tell her and I am here to help you get to 100 then you on your own. LOL.
2. Getting to a healthy bmi or at least feeling healthy and having the doctor say I am okay where I m at
being at a self esteem level so when I lose my job in a year or two I am able to handle it
Nutrition -I am doing the no s diet this mean no second, no sweat and no snacking, no seconds, and no sweets, the No S Diet and all day except for days that started with s okay did pretty good at restaurant last night
Fitness - 4 day a week of wii fit plus and 3 day of exerbeat . exerbeast is my new wii game and it is harder then wii fit plus – did exerbeat for 30 min today
Motivation - finish 30 Day Challenge with Sparkgirl32 and my spark friend haven’t quite yet LOL
